How do I cancel my GoalBrain Pro subscription?
GoalBrain Pro subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, go to your iPhone Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → GoalBrain → Cancel Subscription.
I purchased GoalBrain Pro but it is not active. What do I do?
Open GoalBrain → Settings → scroll down and tap "Restore Purchases". Your Pro status will be restored automatically. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not GoalBrain. Visit
reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the GoalBrain purchase, and select "Request a Refund".
The app crashed. What should I do?
First try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the problem continues, delete and reinstall GoalBrain from the App Store. Your game stats are stored locally so they will be reset. Please also contact us so we can investigate.
How do I disable push notifications?
Go to iPhone Settings → Notifications → GoalBrain → toggle off "Allow Notifications". You can also manage this inside the GoalBrain app under Settings → Notifications.
Why am I seeing ads even with GoalBrain Pro?
GoalBrain Pro removes all ads. If you are still seeing ads, tap "Restore Purchases" in the app settings to re-sync your subscription. If the issue persists, please contact us.
Can I transfer my progress to a new iPhone?
Currently GoalBrain stores all data locally on your device. Progress cannot be transferred between devices. We are working on iCloud sync for a future update.
What is the 3 Days Free Trial?
The free trial gives you full GoalBrain Pro access for 3 days at no charge. After the trial, it automatically converts to a monthly subscription at $2.99/month unless you cancel before the trial ends.
